The designer of this dress, Amsale, is known for designing the most gorgeous wedding dresses, so it only follows suit that she also designs the most stunning gowns for bridesmaids. This particular style is fine also for someone attending a formal or black-tie wedding. Midnight blue is such a rich color to me, less stark than black, but still formal and graceful -- especially so with the floating layers. I truly love it for either a bridesmaid or a guest.
Styling a Navy Blue Formal Gown
I added some silvery touches that have a little wild and wintry look to them, hoping that this would be a great look for bridesmaids in a winter wedding. The crystal earrings remind me of the night sky dotted with stars, and the crystal bracelet looks like icy branches to me. I added a little more "frosting" if you will, with the icy shoes and glittery clutch. You're ready for a black-tie wedding or to be a goddess-like bridesmaid in this gorgeous midnight blue dress.

Such a pretty Amsale gown! I have a weakness for one-shoulder gowns, maybe it's just because I can't make up my mind if I love strapless gowns or ones with sleeves haha!

It's weird, I'm actually not loving the gown as much as I love the earrings. Usually I never notice jewelry that much.
