I call this look the rock-star party dress look, and I think it's the perfect dress to wear to a wedding, if you are a rock-star, the couple getting married are rock-star-ish, you are dating a rock-star, or when you take one of those "Which Sex and the City character are you?" quizzes, the answer always comes up: Carrie Bradshaw.
In short, it's great for someone who feels confident trying new styles, likes to have fun, and for whom the usual conservative attire just won't do.
