As you may have seen, Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank were married today! The bride wore a long sleeve ivory gown with lace details, which featured an open Vneck/portrait neckline with folds at the shoulders. Princess Eugenie's gown was created by Peter Pilotto and Christopher De Vos.

More About Princess Eugenie's Wedding Dress
While her style of dress, was wide a v neck with folds with open back that was almost off-the-shoulder, presumably because of the rules Royal dress code and the church, the bride's shoulders were certainly covered.
However, the back did show some skin; and it has now been reported the bride intentionally chose an open back to reveal her scar from surgery for scoliosis; in order to bring awareness to the condition.
